Request deletion

Or email [email protected] with the subject "TipKhel account deletion request" from the email linked to your account, or include the phone number you signed in with. We may ask you to confirm it's you.

What gets deleted

• Your account: name, email, phone number and Google sign-in link.
• Your poll votes, fan picks, contest entries, follows, points and streaks.
• Your push notification subscriptions and chat messages.

What we may keep

Anonymous, aggregated statistics (for example total vote counts) that can't identify you, and security logs for up to 30 days. Nothing else is kept.

How long it takes

We confirm by email and complete deletion within 30 days.

Without an account, TipKhel stores no personal data about you. To stop notifications, turn them off in your device settings. See the Privacy policy.
