1. What TipKhel is

TipKhel provides sports information: match data, statistical win probabilities and a record of how public tips performed. It is for entertainment and discussion only.

2. No betting, no guarantees

• TipKhel does not offer betting or gambling, does not take or pay money, and does not link to betting operators.
• Predictions are probabilities, not promises. No result is guaranteed, and nothing on TipKhel is financial advice.
• Third-party tip sources are named for information only; we don't endorse them.

3. Eligibility

You must be 18 or older. Follow the laws where you live.

4. Accounts and points

Accounts are optional. Khel points and leaderboards are for fun: they have no cash value and can't be exchanged or redeemed.

5. Acceptable use

Don't post abuse, spam, illegal content, betting promotions or other people's personal data, and don't try to disrupt or scrape the service. We may remove content or suspend accounts that break these rules.

6. Content and data

The TipKhel name, design and model are ours. Match data comes from licensed providers. You keep ownership of what you post but let us display it on TipKhel.

7. Liability

TipKhel is provided "as is". To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for losses from decisions you make using it.

8. Changes and law

We may update these terms and will change the date above. These terms are governed by the laws of India, with courts in Navi Mumbai / Mumbai having jurisdiction.
